How we check every mix for gluten
Each gluten-free mix is independently tested every year at FARRP, the Food Allergy Research & Resource Program at the University of Nebraska. Frontier Soups is not a certified gluten-free facility, so that annual testing is how we confirm each mix. Two of our soups contain gluten and are not on this page: Little Italy Wedding Soup and Dakota Territory Beef Barley Stew.

Questions
Which Frontier soups are gluten-free?
Every soup mix on this page. Little Italy Wedding Soup and Dakota Territory Beef Barley Stew contain gluten, and our cornbread mixes are not gluten-free.
Is the Chicken Noodle Soup gluten-free?
Yes. It is made with gluten-free pasta.
Do the mixes have added salt?
Most of our mixes have no added salt; each product page lists its claims. Our nutrition panels are calculated with regular store-bought broth, so a low-sodium broth lowers the sodium in the finished soup.
