Connecticut Cottage Chicken Noodle Soup is a home-style medley of colorful peas, carrots and corn that are delicately seasoned with dill. Combined with gluten free corn pasta, this delightful 30 minute soup is a family favorite.

Corn Pasta, Carrot, Onion, Corn, Green Pea, Celery, Shallot, Scallion, Garlic, Dill, Savory.

  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 cups Cooked chicken breast, cut up (12-16 oz)

  1. In a 3 or 4-quart pot, bring broth and water to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in chicken and vegetable seasoning packet from soup mix.
  2. Return to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add pasta and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off heat and allow to stand 5 minutes. Serve with cornbread or other soft roll and enjoy.

    Regarding Connecticut Cottage Chicken Noodle Soup Mix: We stopped at a small country store called O'Steen's Market in Summerfield, FL and bought your soup, and it was very good. I took the liberty of making some minor additions: Instead of chicken broth, I went with Herb Ox Chicken Bouillion and water. I added more corn. I added what Hawaiians call Taro, and Latinos call Yuca, diced up. It came out very good.

    I just made the BEST SOUP EVER!! I used my “Better Than Bouillon” chicken base, and chicken breast from a rotisserie chicken, all purchased, including your soup mix, from Hixson’s Grocery in Canadian Lakes.     This is a great chicken noodle soup. Reminds me of my grandma's soup I would eat as a kid. More importantly, my wife has a gluten intolerance and has never gotten sick from any of the gluten free soups.

    I bought your Frontier Soups Chicken Noodle Soup Mix and used it today... :-) :-) :-) Beyond wonderful! I have only been cooking au-natural for 4-5 decades with very low sodium and no funky stuff. This is the very first 'pre-mix' I have ever had that was "WONDERFUL"!!!! I am excited to try more of your recipes! NO GMO, G/F and NO added salt! LOVE IT!

    These noodles have an amazing texture that lasts days. The soup is not creamy but it is so smooth and comforting. Really like homemade.
