Makes: 4 cups
Spinach, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Fennel
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz.)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (8 oz.)
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz.)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium mixing bowl blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, and dip mix.
- Add chopped artichoke hearts and shredded Parmesan cheese, stirring well.
- Pour mixture into 8” x 8” baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or toasted French bread slices.
