I received this packet in a Christmas package and just made it today. It is wonderful. I've had 2 bowls already. I used a rotisserie chicken and put in a few drops of hot sauce at the end and crushed tortilla chips on top. Wish I'd had some sour cream to add. But this was a very, very good soup.
I have made your chili & Tortilla Soup offerings & they are fantastic! Altho I’m not a soup fan the package looked so scrumptious that I tried the Tortilla soup during a winter storm in ‘21! This was very delicious, I used a rotisserie chicken, to make it a little thicker added a can of Black Beans and a small can of tomato paste, topped with cheese tortilla strips lime and avocado., enjoyed by all.
My husband picked this up at a local specialty store and because it was a cold, rainy day, I thought I would make it! It was amazing! We had bought a baked chicken, shredded it and added chopped celery and green chili salsa to the pot! Topped with sour cream, shredded cheese and tortilla strips. PERFECTION! Highly recommend!
Was given this soup mix as a gift for Christmas, it was great and easy to make. We used fresh chicken and stewed it in the chicken stock first, then continued using the recipe . We crumbled tortilla chips on top as a garnish. We just placed an order for more varities.
This is a fine, fine product! Thank you Mucho. What attracted my attention was the way the ingredients looked in the bag, very inviting! I've thickened it up a little bit with some more corn, beans, onion but your ingredients were the start! This soup will brighten a day!
