Posted by Eunice Juanzo on Apr 27th 2023

Soup is comforting, cozy, and satisfying—but let’s be honest, it can also be time-consuming to make from scratch. Between finding a recipe, prepping ingredients, and simmering everything to perfection, it can feel like a lot on a busy night.

And for those living with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance, there’s an extra layer of effort: reading labels, checking ingredients, and ensuring everything is truly safe to eat.

The good news? We’ve got you covered with quick, gluten-free soup options that bring ease back to mealtime. These soups are hearty, flavorful, and ready in about 30 minutes. Even better, they’ve brought comfort and relief to many customers navigating dietary restrictions—just like Maggie:

"I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you, thank you for your gluten-free soup mixes! My 5-year-old was diagnosed with celiac disease and it's been a hard transition for our household to become totally gluten-free. When I found your soups, they've been a huge hit in our house, we face a lot of battles with food around here but thank you for helping me win a few. Thank you for being a company who cares about those with food allergies!

From a grateful Mama,
Maggie P."

Before we jump in:
Please note that while our gluten-free soups are not certified gluten-free, they are independently tested and pass gluten testing standards. The mixes listed here are naturally gluten-free by recipe design, with no gluten-containing ingredients. However, those with extreme gluten sensitivity or Celiac Disease should always exercise caution and consult with a medical professional as needed.

Here are four of our favorite gluten-free soups that you can make in about 30 minutes:

1. Gluten-Free Chicken Noodle Soup

This comforting, classic soup is made with gluten-free noodles and comes together in about half an hour. Just add chicken, broth, and water—the soup mix includes carrots, onion, corn, peas, shallots, celery, scallion, garlic, dill, and savory.

It's a delicious option for anyone avoiding gluten, and it’s earned high praise from families navigating food allergies:

"This is a great chicken noodle soup. Reminds me of my grandma's soup I would eat as a kid. More importantly, my wife has a gluten intolerance and has never gotten sick from any of the gluten-free soups."
Walker D.

She is home this week from high school and wanted a gluten-free chicken noodle soup. We will be repeat customers for sure. It is delicious and the ingredients are very good. The house smelled like I had made it from scratch!
Blessings, Dina"
