    One of Our New Favs

This particular mix was so easy to make and delicious. Had a late work day and this saved the day. I love that these soups don't have salt yet are so tasty. I keep several on hand for days like this when I don't feel like cooking but don't want to eat take-out.

    Beef Goulash Soup Mix

Posted by Brenda B on Jan 25th 2021

Hello! A quick note to tell you about my spin on this yummy mix of yours. I added ground beef and mild Italian sausage, sautéed until brown in my InstaPot (I left out the olive oil by mistake but it still turned out fab!). I then added the soup mix, 4 cups unsalted beef broth and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. I pressure cooked on high for 8 minutes then rapid-released pressure and added 1 can Ro-tel original diced tomatoes and green chilies and also added a can of Hunts diced basil, garlic & oregano tomatoes. Stir then serve! This soup is THE BOMB!!!!

    Beef Goulash

This is my soup and chili making time so I wanted to try pre-made mixes rather than do everything from scratch. I used the Frontier Soups Beef Goulash Mix yesterday, but substituted venison stew meat for the ground beef. OMG did it turn out great, the slow simmer tenderized the meat. I cut the meat into smaller cubes and there isn't as much left to freeze as I thought there would be. My wife and I both had second helpings, something we rarely do.

I recently purchased your Beef Goulash and I have to tell you it was very yummy. It was rich and perfect for a cold winters day. I'm delighted to see I can buy the soups on line. I will be buying them again.
