Frontier Soups Celebrates 30th Anniversary

August 1, 1986, incorporated as a business with three soups under the company name of Frontier Soups. The first three soups: Minnesota Heartland 11 Bean, Dakota Territory Beef Barley Bean, and Illinois Prairie Corn Chowder delighted shoppers at local holiday markets.

1991 saw Frontier Soups venture to the Fancy Food Show in New York City with 8 soup mixes including Wisconsin Lakeshore Wild Rice, Indiana Harvest Sausage Lentil, Michigan Ski Country Chili, Idaho Outpost Potato Leek and Mississippi Delta Tomato Rice, where we took our first orders from specialty food stores around the country.

The rest, as they say, is history! Now 36 soup mixes showcase a diverse range of tastes and ingredients celebrating authentic regional American cooking. Find Frontier Soups mixes in a wide range of markets such as Whole Foods, The Fresh Market, and in the natural sets at Kroger stores across the USA.
