I received a kit of your soups as a gift from my sister. It has to be one of the best gifts I have gotten. All the soups 8 have tried so far have been ridiculously good, but your potato soups are some of the best food I have eaten. The soups are also all so easy to make, and are all good as they are, but also excellent for tinkering with.
